Our Villa
Casa Layla is a custom-built luxury beachfront home located approximately 5.5 miles north of San Pedro Town on Ambergris Caye, in the exclusive Playa Blanca neighborhood. This stunning property offers both comfort and elegance, making it the perfect getaway for families or groups seeking a peaceful and upscale island experience.
The main house features three spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, each bedroom with its own private balcony offering breathtaking ocean views. Additionally, a private suite serves as the fourth bedroom and includes a full en-suite bathroom. This suite, located on the main living level with its own entrance just off the kitchen, is included in every rental of Casa Layla. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home, ensuring privacy and relaxation for all guests.
Outdoors, the property truly shines with a 300-foot private dock outfitted with chaise lounge seating, an infinity-edge pool with a swim-up bar, and an outdoor kitchen ideal for entertaining. Ample outdoor seating areas provide the perfect setting for al fresco dining or lounging by the sea. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, and it opens into a spacious dining and living area complete with a wet bar—perfect for gathering with friends and family.
For those who prefer to leave the cooking to someone else, Casa Layla offers excellent private dining options. Chef Dan, a local favorite in the neighborhood, provides delicious family-style catering and delivery of local cuisine. Simply let Brittany know 24 hours in advance to place your order. For a more immersive experience, Chef Maria and her team offer in-home cooking services. Brittany will provide her menu upon booking, and reservations should be made with ample notice.
Casa Layla is also ideally situated near several fantastic dining options. A short walk along the beach brings you to Portofino to the north, and to the south you'll find Sun Deck, Mata Chica, and Tropical Escape. For everyday conveniences, Winey Gringa—a charming grocery and coffee shop just south along the road—offers coffee, pastries, take-and-bake pizzas, and other prepared items. And don’t miss Jose, the beloved local vendor who rides his bike along the beach each morning selling tasty burritos and tamales, perfect for a casual breakfast on the go.

Rates
$1,099US per night
Rate is for up to 8 guests. Each guest over 8 and up to 14 will be an additional $50 per night per person charge plus tax. (Each guest bedroom has a bunk bed in addition to the king, queen, or double bed, perfect for kids!)
The nightly rate is subject to change based on availability and the booking schedule. Discounts may be offered for long-term stays.
