Water’s Edge is a luxurious beachfront retreat located five miles north of San Pedro Town on the island of Ambergris Caye. The home boasts a spacious 600-square-foot veranda that overlooks the Caribbean Sea and the Barrier Reef, providing the perfect setting to enjoy ocean breezes, breathtaking views, and al fresco dining.

Inside, the home exemplifies Caribbean elegance with soaring 26-foot ceilings in the living and dining areas, and rich mahogany wood flooring throughout. The recently renovated interior features a chef’s kitchen complete with quartz countertops, a 48-inch Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and wine cooler. Large glass doors flood the space with natural light and open up to ocean views, creating a seamless flow between indoor comfort and outdoor beauty. The open-concept layout allows guests to cook, dine, and entertain with ease, while multiple balconies invite sunset cocktails and relaxation.

The main house includes four well-appointed bedrooms upstairs. The master suite features a king bed and en-suite bathroom, while a second king bedroom lies just across the great room. Both offer easy access to an outdoor balcony. A third bedroom off the kitchen has twin beds, ideal for children or teens, and a fourth bedroom includes a queen bed with a private bathroom. On the lower level, a fifth bedroom offers two twin beds that can convert to a king and has its own bathroom. This floor also includes a cozy den with a 75-inch TV and a separate game room with a ping pong table and foosball, perfect for indoor fun.

For additional privacy, there’s a separate poolside studio suite with twin beds that can be made into a king, a private bathroom, and a small kitchen. Outdoors, guests can enjoy an infinity edge pool with chaise lounges, a convenient shower and bathroom nearby, and a 250-foot private dock equipped with a palapa, swim platform, lounge chairs, and fish cleaning station. Recreational gear such as kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles, and games are available for an additional fee, making Water’s Edge an ideal getaway for families or groups seeking both relaxation and adventure in a stunning island setting.
